Good (mostly beneficial, not extensive research or just not quite outstanding properties)

Bad (irritants and anything bad that shouldn't be in a skincare, usually fragrance)
Ingredients Discussion:
Ingredient wise this is an excellent lip balm, however some of the "flavors" have hidden fragrance and essential oils, so I can't recommend equally all of them (anything with mint, grapefruit, ginger etc should be out). Besides great moisturizing agents, like shea and cocoa butter, avocado oil, it has "sealing" ingredients, which prevent moisture loss from lips (hence keeping them plump), like petrolatum, lanolin, beeswax and ozokerite. Very importantly it also has antioxidants: green tea extract and vitamin E. Plus, this lip balm provides broad spectrum sun protection of SPF 25. Sunscreen plus antioxidants earn this lip balm an anti-aging status.
Consumer Thoughts:
I didn't like this product for one and only reason, it really burnt my lips. Right after I applied it I felt stinging, and it was getting felt worse and worse with every minute. I couldn't tolerate the sensation and had to wipe this balm off. For the past five years I was very careful with products I apply on my lips, meaning I avoid essential oils and fragrance, and my lips are not used to harsh ingredients anymore. So the tolerance threshold is very low. For example, famous Buxom lip glosses are very irritating for my lips, however a lot of people seem to be able to wear them without any problem. So Jack Black lip balm is definitely a miss for me. What bothers me is that looking at the ingredient list I didn't expect this to happen, because irritating ingredients (like mint essential oils) were hidden behind the word "flavor". Good news is that there are other "flavors" in the range, some of them do not feature irritating ingredients.
Verdict:
Didn't like Natural Mint and Shea Butter version, but potentially a very good lip balm with antioxidants and broad spectrum UV protection (try Shea Butter and Vitamin E version).
