Kiss My Face Face Factor SPF 50
I usually write very positive reviews about Kiss My Face sunscreens. Unfortunately it will not be the case with this particular product. Even though the majority of ingredients are similar to other sunscreens (here), there are couple of things that upset me. Read more on that below.

Excellent (very beneficial ingredients, proven research)
Good (mostly beneficial ingredients, not extensive research available or just not quite outstanding properties)
OK (mostly thickeners, emulsifiers, mild preservatives, pH adjusters, all that is necessary formulation wise, but not a skincare per se)
Bad (anything that shouldn't be in skincare, irritants and fragrance)
Bad (anything that shouldn't be in skincare, irritants and fragrance)
Ingredients Discussion:
The composition of this sunscreen is nearly identical to Face Factor SPF 30 from the same brand. So if you want to read about all great ingredients in here please read this review.
However I would like to focus more on why you shouldn't go for this version. For some reason the company decided, that it was a good idea to add a very irritating lavender oil to the otherwise flawless formulation. Unfortunately, I can not really overlook it, since lavender is one of the worst irritants for the skin, especially because it is very harmful even in a very small amount. Even though the lavender oil is close to the bottom of the ingredient list, the cream has quite a strong scent, meaning there is enough to cause a problem for the skin. I'm afraid that even though this product has numerous antioxidants and anti-irritants, they will not save you from damage that essential oil can cause.
Verdict:
I can't recommend this product. It's a pity that it is so easy to spoil a great product. However this is better than wearing no sunscreen at all.
3 out of 5.
