Excellent (very beneficial ingredients, proven research)
Good (mostly beneficial ingredients, not extensive research available or just not quite outstanding properties)
OK (mostly thickeners, emulsifiers, mild preservatives, pH adjusters, all that is necessary formulation wise, but not a skincare per se)
Bad (anything that shouldn't be in skincare, irritants and fragrance)

Discussion:

This Guerlain treatment oil is luxury segment offering in the currently very popular topic of facial oils. However, to tell you upfront, it is very far from being a good one. In my opinion, if you spend this ridiculous amount of money on a skincare product, you should at least get a good one (but actually, it should be amazing).
Now to the ingredient list. First of all, even though this treatment is marketed as an oil, it doesn't contain even a single plant oil. It has glycerin and few ingredients that have "oily feel", but are not true oils (probably why this products is lighter in texture). I don't mind those particular ingredients, they do work great as water-binding agents, however they are very basic and cheap (I would expect something more from such a luxury brand as Guerlain).
Second, this product has loads and loads of fragrance and alcohol, which would do skin quite a harm (think about this, you pay a lot of money to damage your skin!). Plus, preservative is a bit too high on the list of ingredients to fully neglect it.
Just a reminder, even though you may not see the redness on the outside of the skin, it doesn't mean irritation is not happening inside. A long term low-grade inflammation (which happens when you continuously use products with lots of irritants) "eats" at you elastin (which keeps skin plump), hence quicker aging.
[I have to add, that when I tried a sample of this product, it really made my skin itch. Plus the fragrance was quite overwhelming.]
Third, this treatment oil doesn't have substantial amount of antioxidants/anti-irritants to potentially ward off the inflammation. In fact it barely has any. Royal Jelly, is the only ingredient that seems to be present in a sufficient amount to technically work wonders on your skin. However, I haven't found any convincing research that proves its skin-beneficial properties. So in my book, it means that this product has no anti-aging ingredients.

Verdict:

Awful product, plus ridiculously overpriced at that. Not recommended. I haven't found a single reason to consider this product as an addition to anyone's skincare routine.

1 out of 5.
